Are you ready to eat healthier? Start with small changes!
Next month could be your healthiest month ever, because it is the right time to begin to live healthier – now. Never before in the history of mankind has been known more facts about diet, nutrients and health, but in the modern age. It never has been easier to buy healthy food than now.
Now, I suggest some light healthy recipes, but it is important to know the following: no matter how much you’re motivated, you will not be able to take all these steps every day. You will be able to incorporate just a few of them in your daily schedule – and that’s just fine. The good side of healthy eating – it does not apply the rule “all or nothing”, but – “anything can change, it’s good.” There are a few healthy meal ideas.
1. Eat a spoonful of flax seeds a day!
You may have already heard many times that the flax seed is good for health, but you haven’t yet included it in your menu. It contains more nutrients, among which we mention only the omega-3s, fiber and therefore has a significant antioxidant effect.
2. Drink a probiotic yogurt almost every day!
They are the best for the digestive system, because they contain calcium, protein, vitamin B etc.

3. Nibble some nuts almost every day!
These fruits help lowering cholesterol, positively affect the immune system and reduce the risk of some cancers. These contain vitamins and minerals, like vitamin E and magnesium.
4. Drink a cup of green or black tea a day!
In laboratory studies it was proven that green tea helps prevent colon cancer, liver, lung and prostate. Ask yourself when is your best time for drinking tea, whether it is morning, evening or both terms. In summer you can drink cool ice tea.
5. Whenever possible, prepare yourself a meal with extra food-virgin olive oil instead of other types of oil!
6. Eat cereals more than once a day!
There are many benefits of eating whole grains, including the protection of: heart disease, heart attack, diabetes, excessive obesity, various types of cancer.
7. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day!
8. Eat fish several times a week!
9. Eat beans instead of meat several times a week!
