Children need to make breakfast like a prince, because the first meal of the day is very important. The role of breakfast is to provide fuel for the whole day but also to regulate blood sugar levels. A study shows that children who skip breakfast or eat sugary cereals, get no brilliant results in tests of their verbal skills and non-verbal. Therefore, the first meal of the day is better to contain carbohydrate or protein and carbohydrates. Children who eat nutritious foods are moderately advantageous than those who consumed fresh. Sweets are not indicated in the morning! Unfortunately, everyone rushes in the morning, parents to get at work and children to kindergarten or school. In all this haste looks importance morning meal. Even breakfast cereals and milk – otherwise very healthy – has been replaced by some parents with cereal bars and sugar, eaten on the run, the way to kindergarten. This is by no means a solution favorable to the development of your child! Are therefore solutions for quick and healthy breakfast? Always, they would include a fruit, a vegetable and mushroom or tomatoes. Here are five healthy breakfast recipes to enjoy breakfast:
1. A simple bowl of cereal with soy or cow’s milk, sweetened with crushed banana and raisins.
2. Boiled egg with whole grain bread and cereal few slices of orange.
3. Browned ham sandwich on the grill, without too much fat, a slice of tomato, preferably with black or intermediate bread.
4. Toast with mushrooms and ripe tomatoes, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese (plain or cooked in a microwave oven).
5. A portion of Musli (after I checked the sugar content), with grated apples and sunflower seed, mixed with calcium-enriched milk.
