Boil, pan or oven broil, or bake food. Skim the fat off stews and soups. Avoid bulalo and gravies. Eat fruits rather than rich desserts which are high in fats and eggs. Eat more fruits, vegetables, unrefined cereal (e.g. oatmeal and unpolished rice), nuts, and grains. High-fiber diet helps in lowering blood cholesterol. Drink six to eight glasses of water daily in addition to fresh juices. Avoid milk shakes, chocolate drinks, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages. And lastly keep a regular three-meal a day schedule. Eat a heavy breakfast, a moderate lunch and a light supper.</p>

Then comes the lunch perhaps the most important time of the day when you as this refill should be enough to help you last the whole day. An improper lunch would have a massive effect on your whole day and you will be not able to concentrate on your work rather your main concentration will be hunger and probably the dinner. Do remember to eat some fruits in your lunch. Then comes the dinner which should not be as heavy as lunch and should be eaten at least 3 hours before going to bed or it could have a serious effect on your growth hormones specially the children. Also remember to brush your teeth daily, twice, and also over eating. To keep your body healthy it’s necessary for you to follow these basic tips. Have a healthy life!!!</p>

<p>4. Preheat the oven to broil (500 degrees F) enter fry eggs with it away broil for 2 minutes until golden brown egg surface</p>
