You can have a spinach salad with tomatoes, lemon and vinegar dressing plus bacon bits for lunch. A snack of cheese and celery or carrot sticks will do and  for dinner, you may have a skinless grilled chicken plus  2 cups of mixed vegetables.  Grilled fish,  turkey or steak would be fine.
